CrossLoop - A way to help those in need (on the computer at least)

Perhaps the world is not as big as it once was....

Well, at least the internet has helped to make things a bit smaller. When it comes to helping a friend or family member with computer related problems there is only one solution that is far superior to the others - its called www.crossloop.com.

The idea behind it is simply: a friend needs help on his or her computer and you have the skills to help so you CrossLoop with eachother!

Here's how to do it: You both go to CrossLoop download the free software and set up a free account. Then you and your friend sign in. You (the helper) will "Access" while your friend (the one in need of help) will "Share" their access code with you. *It helps to be on the phone with eachother. Then you simply type the access code in and connect to your friends computer!

Once connected you will have the ability to view their screen exactly how they see it and move their mouse so you can show them how to solve their problem. Beautiful.

The entrepreneur behind this has really out done himself. Bravo, Bravo. I have used it quite a few times to help my mom with some of her issues on her computer. And keep in mind that I live in New York City while she lives in Arizona. Now that is some serious distance, and yet I now have the tools to help her as if I am sitting right in front of her on her own pc.

Also, It currently only works on pc's so sorry to the mac users out there. And here is CrossLoop's Blog.

For those entrepreneurs wondering how they can take advantage of this awesome tool; how about using it as a way to show, collaborate, and help other entrepreneurs.

Here's how you can reach me through www.crossloop.com/DallasHarting
